Starting from scratch or ready to create something that finally feels like your business?
Whether you’re launching a new idea, moving beyond social media or simply ready for a more professional online presence, I’ll create a website that reflects your business, speaks to your customers and gives you something you’re proud to share. Your website build includes design and layout, structure and customer journey, content and copy support, imagery guidance, service pages and support through to launch.
I’ll bring everything together for you - from deciding what goes where to making sure the finished website feels clear, professional and easy for your customers to use. And once it’s live, I’ll make sure you’re comfortable managing it yourself, so you don’t have to come back to me every time you want to make a small change.

Website platform/hosting subscriptions and domain name fees are paid separately and directly to your chosen provider.
WEBSITE REFRESH - £300
Already have a website but needs bringing up to date?
Not every business needs a new website. Sometimes a fresh pair of eyes and a few thoughtful changes can make all the difference. Whether your content feels outdated, your services have evolved or your website simply no longer reflects your business, I can help you make more of what you already have.
Your refresh can include updated imagery, improved layouts, refreshed or rewritten copy, new pages or services and improvements to the overall customer journey. I’ll work with what you already have, focusing on the changes that will make the biggest difference rather than recommending a rebuild you don’t need. £300 fixed price, agreed from the start.
For smaller individual changes, Ongoing Support is available at £25 per hour.

WEBSITE MARKETING MOT - £195
Already have a website but needs bringing up to date?
Sometimes you don’t need a new website. You just need an experienced pair of eyes to look at what you already have and give you a clear, practical view of what’s working, what could be improved and where to focus next. I’ll review your website from a marketing and customer perspective, looking at areas such as your messaging, content, customer journey, calls to action, trust and credibility, and how effectively your website guides visitors towards taking the next step.
You’ll receive a personalised Stop • Start • Improve Action Plan, together with your Top 5 Priority Actions and a 30-minute review call where we can talk through the findings and any questions you have.
You’ll come away with clear recommendations and a practical plan you can work through at your own pace. There’s no obligation to use me to make the changes. You can implement them yourself, work with your existing provider or ask me to help with any of the next steps.
WEBSITE CONTENT AND COPY - £25 per hour

Good website content should sound like you while making it easy for your customers to understand what you do, why they should choose you and what they should do next. I can help with homepage messaging, service descriptions, About pages, blogs and other website content, whether you need something written from scratch or simply want existing copy to work a little harder.
With over 25 years’ marketing experience, I’ll look beyond the words themselves, thinking about your customer, your key messages and how your content supports the journey through your website.
Content and copy support is included where needed within my Website Build and Website Refresh services, or available separately at £25 per hour.
ONGOING WEBSITE SUPPORT - £25 per hour

Once your website is live, things change. Services evolve, images need updating, content grows and new ideas come along. Whether you need a quick change, help adding a new page, updated content or imagery, layout improvements or simply someone to turn to when you’re not sure how to do something, I’m here to help.
Support can include website updates, content uploads, copy changes, new services or pages, imagery refreshes and general website guidance.
There’s no ongoing commitment. Use my support when you need it and manage things yourself when you don’t. Because launching your website should feel like the beginning, not the point where you’re left to figure everything out alone.

Your website platform or hosting, domain name and any optional third-party services are paid separately and directly to the relevant provider.
If your project needs something outside the usual scope, perhaps a particularly large website, ecommerce or specialist functionality, we’ll talk about it before any work begins and agree the cost upfront.
You’ll always know what you’re paying for before we get started.
